 Serious reactions including respiratory adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are very rare with the use of  Diosmin and Hesperidin. Their combination is usually considered safe up to three months use. ADRs due to the use of these drugs may not be ruled out. Patients and clinicians must be made aware of the possible respiratory ADRs and caution must be taken. There are no published case reports before of presentation of diosmin and hesperidin induced chest tightness and dyspnea.
